The Testament...Continued...

2 hours
180-220

Well very little has happened...they went through a very big storm that just about killed all 3 of them. Other than that it has been a nice smooth ride. Jevy and Nate went from the big boat to a small one to float on the river up to the tribes to find Rachel.
Josh has been in court with the Phelan heirs while their lawyers try to conceve a devious plan to get their clients the money that they dont really deserve, the lawyers just want them to have it so that they can pay them off. He has watched them argue over the money ever since they read the will.
Nate is getting very anxious to meet Rachel, he wants to see her reaction to getting 11 billion dollars from the father she never wanted in her life, who is now dead and she has no idea. Nate and Jevy have been going for days and days looking for the right tribe that has Rachel, they have finally found it. They dont know exactly where they are but they know that that tribe has her in their camp. They have been hiking through the jungle to reach the site, it it very far up on the jungle due to privacy issues with them and other tribes. That is as far as I've gotten.

The Testament....Continued....

2 hours
120-180

Well as we continue, Nate has expirenced quite the adventure so far and he hasn't even found Rachel yet. Josh (Troy's lawyer) has also had quite the time in court. Well Nate has another one of his slides...he couldn't resist the temptation to go back to his old drinking habit. He had just been a plane crash, nothing to serious, but he had been trapped in the jungle with his guide, the pilot, and a bunch of little kids. So when he finally got back to the outer city he decided to go for a little drink, but instead he baught 2 bottles of voldka and drank everything but a half of bottle. The next morning his guide, Jevy, found him in his hotel room passed out inbetweent the wall and the bed, wrapped in nothing but a sheet. Jevy helped him get ready for the boat ride, and sober enough to walk by himself.
Meanwhile Josh was getting ready for court with all the Phelan children, and to read the will and testament that Troy had left behind. His children were all in shock because they did not get the money they had hoped for. All they got was enough money to pay off what ever debt they may have, and that was it. The rest went to his daughter Rachel, whom they were still looking for in the middle of the brazilian jungle.
Nate was enjoying the boad ride, it was just enough rocking that it didn't make him nausious for the left over alcohol in his system, they still have about another 3 days worth of water before they reach the village. He just kept thinking to himself, "What is she going to say when she finds out an american lawyer tracked her down?" and "How is she going to react to becoming the richest woman on the earth?" Then he drifted back to sleep...

The Tesament...Continued...

2 hours
80-120

The book has continued and at this point in the book, a litigator name Nate O' Riley was sent to a remote place in Brazil. He was sent there to find a girl named Rachel Lane, she is to inherit 11 billion dollars from her father. So far no one knows exactly where she is, they sent Nate to find her because he just got out of rehab and he is the only one with enough time on his hands to do the job, and also because no one else really wants to go girl hunting in the jungle.
Nate got put in rehab because of an aloholic addiction. He has been in and out of rehabs for the last few years, and each time he crashes it gets worse, but he says he is going to say sober this time for good. Him working so many hours caused him to go overboard and result to alcohol. Quite sad actually.
He hasnt gotten to the remote part of Brazil yet, they are preparing him a boat and a plane to get there. The land that he is going to is an acient tribe, that missionaries get sent to. The only way to get there is by boat mostly then a little by plane. It is the largest wetlands in the world. So it is very hard to get there.

The Testament: By John Grisham

2 hours and 10 minutes

Pages 1-80

This book is written by John Grisham. He writes mostly lawyer/mystery books, so if your into that type of thing this book will draw your attention with no problem. This story is fiction, but it could be very possible. It is about an old man, who is a billionare, and he says he has a brain tomor, and he just wants to go already, he is sick of suffering. The book starts off with him re-writing his will, for about the third or fourth time. The will is to divide his billons up between his 3 ex-wives, 6 children, and 11 grandchilren. He signs his final will, with all his family present, 3 phychiatrists, and everybodies lawer. When he signs his last testament, as he calls it, he does something so outragous, that no one can believe it. I wont give away what happened, you will just have to read it for yourself. So far I think the author did a fantasic job with this book, as he does with all of his books. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is into the whole lawyer, murder case, mystery, type books. I think it is absolutly awesome so far. :)
